Remove the "VIA" drivers and use the native Windows drivers.
I've even attempted using Nero, Fireman, and other Burning software but to no avail. Load it, select your drive if not already selectedclick the 'Read Flash' button and pick a name for the backup of your original firmware.

I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. You can't post answers ztiva contain an email address. This has however not solved the problem. DX-3H20 A05C for which there is no drivers available. About a month and half ago my old ativa external usb dvd drive stopped working on me. Now if I attempt to burn a DVD it will start the process but stop almost immediately with errors. Ddh-3h20a have not worked since. Installed the burner, it worked beautifully.
